Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

This website is operated by Kage Industries PTY LTD (referred to throughout these Terms as “we”, “us” and “our”). Kage Industries offers this website, including all information, tools, and services, subject to the terms, conditions, and policies outlined here.

1. Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

• To request a cancellation, please contact sales@kagestxr.com with your order number.

• If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. Instead, you may request a return in accordance with our Returns Policy.

2. Pre-Orders & Custom Orders

• Pre-orders and custom/made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be cancelled once production has commenced, except as required under Australian Consumer Law (e.g., in cases of faulty goods).

3. Refunds & Store Credit

• Approved cancellations (before shipment) will be refunded to your original payment method.

• Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

• For cancellations after dispatch, standard Returns Policy terms apply.

4. Consumer Rights (Australia)

• Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

• Customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

5. International Customers

• Cancellation and return rights for international customers will be applied in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and any mandatory consumer protections in your local jurisdiction.

• Import duties and taxes are non-refundable for cancelled or returned orders.
