Returns Policy
Kage Industries PTY LTD
At Kage Industries PTY LTD, your satisfaction is important to us. We aim to ensure
that every product we deliver meets our quality standards. However, if you are not
entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help in accordance with your
rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, we may accept returns for a refund, store credit, or
exchange, provided that:
 The item is returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
 The item is in unused, unworn, and original condition with all tags
attached and in original packaging.
 You provide a proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order number).
Please note:
Change of mind returns are not available on:
 Sale, clearance, or promotional items.
 Custom or made-to-order items.
 Gift cards.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
unless the item is faulty.
2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
You are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement under Australian Consumer
Law if a product is:
 Faulty or damaged;
 Not as described;
 Not of acceptable quality;
 Not fit for purpose.
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us
at sales@kagestxr.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
 Your name and order number;
 Description of the issue;

 Photographic evidence (if applicable).
We will assess the issue and, if validated, offer a suitable remedy, such as a full
refund, exchange, or repair. In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs.
3. Returns Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Email us at sales@kagestxr.com with your order details and reason for
return.
2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
3. Package your item securely and return it using a tracked service.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund, store credit or
exchange.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business
days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
