• Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out, with similar colours.
  
• Use mild detergent only—no bleach, fabric softener, or harsh chemicals.
  
• Hang dry and avoid direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry, iron, or dry clean.
  
• Wash separately from items with zippers or Velcro to prevent snags.
  
• For best longevity, rinse after training if heavily soaked.
  

We ship worldwide using Australia Post. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Australian deliveries usually arrive in 2–7 business days, and international orders typically take 7–21 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Tracking is provided for all orders.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct—Kage is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by address errors.

Change of Mind

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  
• Items must be unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging
  
• Proof of purchase required
  
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  

Change of mind returns are not available for sale items, custom products, or gift cards.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you’re entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under Australian Consumer Law.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). Return shipping is covered in these cases.
